Support Our Mission
Art matters — and so do the people who create it. At the Art Legacy Institute, we work to ensure that artists’ legacies are protected from fraud, theft, and misattribution.
We spent 2025 building the foundation. 2026 will be our most important year yet — as we launch our beta and roll out tools for artists to test, refine, and make their own. With your financial support, we can ensure these tools aren’t just functional, but the best possible resources for artists everywhere.
Your support means:
Sponsoring a beta period that is free of cost to artists, so no one is excluded from shaping the future of the tools.
Accelerating the refinement of the Legacy Catalog and FeaturePrint, ensuring they meet the needs of working artists.
Expanding our educational programs, giving artists the knowledge and guidance they need to protect their work and secure their legacy.
Whether you are a philanthropist, a collector, or someone who simply believes artists deserve lasting recognition, your gift has the power to shape this turning point. Together, we can build an art world rooted in trust, integrity, and truth — where every artist’s legacy is preserved.
Art Legacy Institute is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. All donations are tax-deductible as allowed by law.

Ways to Give
We are using Every.org to process ways to give and you will be redirected to their site to complete the transaction. Your donation is made and sent to Every.org, a tax-exempt US 501(c)(3) charity that will grant and send the unrestricted funds to The Art Legacy Institute on your behalf. As a legal matter, Every.org must provide any donations to The Art Legacy Institute on an unrestricted basis, regardless of any designations or restrictions you have made.
Every.org is a nonprofit organization that will, by default, add a suggested donation to your transaction to support its operations. You are not obligated to make this donation and may reduce it to zero before you finish processing your donation for The Art Legacy Institute.

The Art Legacy Institute gratefully accepts donations of artwork. Upon receipt, donated works will be evaluated for acknowledgment purposes, but donors are responsible for securing an independent appraisal if they intend to claim a tax deduction. All accepted artworks may be sold at a later date in collaboration with appropriate galleries, advisors, or institutions, with proceeds supporting ALI’s mission to protect artistic legacies. -
Most investment firms have a DAF system in place that you are welcome to use. Be sure to provide our IRS tax ID number 99-4590101 at the time of the gift. If you use Fidelity, we should already be in their system.

Visa and Mastercard charge 2.2% + $0.30 for each transaction. Amex charges a 3.5% flat fee. There’s an additional 1% fee for non-US cards. Those fees reduce the amount of your donation we will receive. If you donate $100 via a U.S. Visa, we will receive $97.50.
Don’t like fees? Neither do we! Donate via bank and then 100% of your gift will reach the Art Legacy Institute.
